We are what stories, myths, and legends are made of. We were the ones who lived when the world was new and everything was different. We were born of magic and so it courses through our veins.We live it. We breathe it. We are called the Others. We are not like you. We are of many races. Many believe us to be nothing more then shadows and smoke, creatures created by men of long ago but that is only partly and hardly true. Our world is not your world yet we live beside you. Beneath you. Apart of you but still separate. It has always been this way. You just might have never have noticed before.
But that is beginning to change. Our world, our way of life, is changing. Some of our own grow discontent with living so peacefully with the world outside of our realm, the world which we have molded ours around. The Camorra is what they call themselves. A cruel organization similar like that of the Mafia who are bent on taking on what they believe is theirs. The Order,the Knight protectors of our world, strive to stop them but something is wrong. The Order is struggling with this heavy task. The aging Patriarch, Leader of the Order, knows this and has sought to cut off the head of the snake. If the Order fails then our world will become exposed. The Order cannot let that happen.
Balance must be preserved.
The time is the 81 year of the 19th century. Fifteen years ago, the Camorra rooted itself deep in to a place the humans named London and so now threatens the stability of our world and all that we know. The Order's Patriarch, Allesandro Durante, has so sent reinforcements to London. Only time will tell if they are successful. It is that silence before the storm now. Now we must wait. Wait for the end. Wait for the resolution of this plight....wait for the war that could very well tear us apart.
